After setting this mill up and running about 18 lbs of grain thru it I am very impressed It really makes quick work of crushing 8 10 lbs of grain and the crush is very thorough and uniform I give this mill 4 stars instead of 5 45 stars actually for one simple reason when assembled the end pieces of the hopper leave a gap over the ends of the rollers allowing grain to accumulate there
